Booking terms for Lydde Gård

1. Booking and Confirmation

When making a booking, you are required to provide your name, address, and email address. It is important that you provide a valid email address so we can send you your booking confirmation.

To book a room at Lydde Gård, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are booking a room for a minor, you are responsible for the booking, regardless of whether you are staying in the room with the minor or not.

A booking becomes binding once it has been confirmed and you have received a booking number. This number may be provided verbally, in writing, or via our booking system.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the details of your booking are correct, such as the arrival and departure dates, as well as the number of beds in the room.

2. Payment

Lydde Gård is a cash-free property.

We require advance payment. Your booking must be paid in full before access to the room is granted.

Companies and groups may be invoiced. An invoice fee of 100 SEK applies. However, advance payment may still be requested.

If your booking was made through a third party such as Booking.com, Hotels.com, or Expedia, their payment terms apply.

3. Cancellation and Changes

We offer free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.

For cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged.

In case of no-show, 100% of the total amount will be charged.

Changes to your booking can be made subject to availability.

4. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Check-out: by 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request and subject to availability.

5. Breakfast

Breakfast is served as a lovely breakfast buffet in our beautiful dining room.

For sustainability reasons, the buffet is served only when we have more than five guests staying. If we have fewer guests, we offer coffee, tea, and a quality breakfast bag instead.

6. Pets and Smoking

Out of respect for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed at Lydde Gård.

If pets are brought into the room, a cleaning fee of 5,000 SEK will be charged.

Smoking is not permitted indoors or near entrances. Smoking indoors will result in a cleaning fee of 5,000 SEK.

7. Damage and Liability

Lydde Gård is a listed heritage property. As our guest, you are expected to take good care of the room and the buildings, and to follow our house rules and guidelines.

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its furnishings caused by negligence or misuse by anyone in their party.

Any misconduct or damage will be charged based on the extent of the issue.

Due to fire safety regulations, it is not permitted to exceed the agreed number of guests per room.

8. Quiet Hours and House Rules

We kindly ask all guests to respect a quiet and peaceful environment between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

9. Force Majeure

Lydde Gård is not liable for events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or power outages, that may affect your stay.
